Dianne Cross is a Senior Operations Officer with Queensland Ambulance Service. She is an intensive care paramedic and currently on the PHN clinical council of the Central QLD and Sunshine Coast. We discuss the types of paramedics, the phone triage process, referral pathways and common frustrations for GPs and paramedics (at least from my point of view).
